The purpose of the manual is:
- to inform the vulnerable and targeted groups that are citizens of the Republic of Armenia about pre-conscription / conscription process and their rights, as well as of responsibilities and rights of the bodies providing the organization of conscription and carrying out medical examinations.
The manual is intended for
- vulnerable and targeted citizens of pre-conscription / conscription age (LGBTC+, people with disabilities, people with subcultural and anti-cultural affiliation, other national identities forming a minority), for their family members, guardians, representatives, organizations dealing with their issues, individuals, as well as lawyers and others interested in this field of law.
