[vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” overlay_strength=”0.3″ shape_divider_position=”bottom” bg_image_animation=”none”][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_link_target=”_self” column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” width=”1/1″ tablet_width_inherit=”default” tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid” bg_image_animation=”none”][vc_column_text]2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ին «Բազմազանություն» սոցիալ-մշակութային, իրավապաշտպան հկ-ն (ԲՍՄԻՀԿ) կարևոր հանդիպում էր կազմակերպել հյուրընկալելով Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության, Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության դեսպանատների ներկայացուցիչներին, ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության և ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ քննարկելու Հայաստանում գենդերային հավասարության խթանման և տրանս* մարդկանց նկատմամբ բռնության կանխարգելման առաջնահերթ խնդիրները: Հանդիպումը տեղի ունեցավ կազմակերպության կողմից հիմնադրված Սփեյս-Երևան երիտասարդական կենտրոնում։

Հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել էր հուլիսի 27-ի՝ Հայաստանում «Գենդերային հավասարության օրվա» շրջանակում: Այս տարվա խորագիրն էր «Գործի՛ր հանուն գենդերային հավասարության և Հայաստանում տրանս* անձանց նկատմամբ բռնության կանխարգելման»։

Վերջին հինգ տարիների ընթացքում «Բազմազանություն» հկ-ն հուլիսի 27-ը նշում է որպես Հայաստանում «Գենդերային հավասարության օր»: Սա կարևոր իրադարձություն է, որի առթիվ կազմակերպությունը նախաձեռնում է հանդիպումներ, քննարկումներ՝ բարձրացնելու իրազեկվածությունը գենդերային հավասարության հետ կապված հրատապ խնդիրների շուրջ։ Ամեն տարի «Բազմազանություն» հկ-ն ներգրավում է ԼԳԲՏՔ+ համայնքին, ԼԳԲՏՔ+ համայնքահեն կազմակերպություններին, գործընկերներին և որոշում կայացնողներին՝ խթանելու ակտիվիզմը և կառուցողական երկխոսություն ստեղծելու գենդերային տարբեր ինքնություն ունեցող անձանց առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների մասին:[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=”flickity_style” images=”89385,89383,89381,89379″ flickity_controls=”pagination” flickity_desktop_columns=”1″ flickity_small_desktop_columns=”1″ flickity_tablet_columns=”1″ flickity_box_shadow=”none” onclick=”link_no”][vc_column_text]Հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդգծվեց Հայաստանում տրանս* համայնքի առջև ծառացած շարունակական մարտահրավերները՝ ներկայացնելով խտրականության և բռնության հստակ դեպքեր: Կազմակերպությունը ներկայացրեց տրանս* մարդկանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված նախաձեռնությունները և ընդգծեց այս խնդիրների լուծման համար արդյունավետ օրենսդրական և սոցիալական միջոցների հրատապ անհրաժեշտությունը։

Քննարկվեցին հետևյալ հարցերը․

• Ինչպես են տրանս* անձինք ապրում Հայաստանում և ինչու է կարևոր պատասխանատվություն վերցնել գենդերային հավասարության հասնելու համար։
• Ի՞նչ կարող ենք անել՝ ներգորելու ՀՀ Կառավարության վրա, որպեսզի գործեն նաև հանուն տրանս* անձանց և նրանց նկատմամբ բռնությունները դիտարկեն առաջնահերթ։

Կազմակերպության համար հատկանշական ուշադրության արժանացավ մեր գործընկերների ցուցաբերած ամուր աջակցությունը։ Նրանք կիսեցին մեր մտահոգությունները և ընդգծեցին այս կենսական երկխոսության և համագործակցության շարունակման կարևորությունը։ Հատկապես ոգևորիչ էր նրանց հանձնառությունը Հայաստանում տրանս* անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության ու և համատեղ նախագծերի ու ծրագրերի հնարավորությունների ուսումնասիրման հարցում:

Հանդիպման արդյունքում կարծիքների ու հնարավոր քայլերի մասին գաղափարների փոխանակումը հնարավորություններ ստեղծեց ապագա կառուցողական քայլերի՝ ամրապնդելու քաղաքացիական հասարակության, պետական ​​կառույցների և միջազգային կառույցների միջև համագործակցությունը՝ պաշտպանելու տրանս* մարդկանց իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները Հայաստանում:

«Բազմազանություն» հկ-ն շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ իր նպատակներին ու գործունեությանը և շարունակում է ակտիվ աշխատել՝ ապահովելու հայաստանյան ԼԳԲՏՔ+ համայնքի արժանապատիվ կյանքի իրավունքը։

The discussion was held at Space-Yerevan youth center funded by the organization.

The meeting was organized in the framework of the “Gender Equality Day” in Armenia, July 27. “Act for Gender Equality and Stand to Prevent the Violence Against Trans* People in Armenia” was the headline for this year.
Over the past five years, DCNGO have commemorated July 27 as “Gender Equality Day” in Armenia. This is an important occasion, on which the organization initiate meetings, discussions to raise awareness about the pressing issues related to gender equality. Each year, DCNGO engage LGBTQ+ community, community based organizations, partners and decision makers to foster activism, and to create a meaningful dialogue about the challenges faced by individuals of all genders.[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=”flickity_style” images=”89384,89382,89380,89378″ flickity_controls=”pagination” flickity_desktop_columns=”1″ flickity_small_desktop_columns=”1″ flickity_tablet_columns=”1″ flickity_box_shadow=”none” onclick=”link_no”][vc_column_text]During the meeting, it was highlighted the ongoing challenges faced by the trans* community in our country, sharing specific instances of discrimination and violence. The organization presented the initiatives aimed at protecting the rights of trans* people and stressed the urgent need for effective legislative and social measures to address these issues.

These topics were discussed:

• How do trans* people live in Armenia and why is it important to take responsibilities to stand for gender equality.
• What can we do to make the Armenian Government to take action to care about trans* people in Armenia and make this problem a priority.

The organization was encouraged by the strong support expressed by the embassy representatives and representatives of the international organizations. They shared our concern and emphasized the importance of continuing this vital dialogue and cooperation. Their commitment to advancing trans* rights in Armenia and exploring opportunities for joint projects and programs was particularly heartening.

As a result of this meeting, we have agreed on the next steps to strengthen collaboration between civil society, government agencies, and the international community to protect the rights and freedoms of trans* people in Armenia.

“Diversity” NGO continues to adhere its goals and activities and continues to actively work to ensure the right to a dignified right to live of the Armenian LGBTQ+ community.
