“DiverCity” Social-Cultural, Human Rights Defender NGO is starting consultations in a new format and with a new approach. Peer-to-peer consultations involve equal communication between a consultant and a client who have similar education, life experience, who jointly share solutions to problems and have similar ideas about solutions. This cooperative approach promotes the joint creation and formation of an environment of mutual respect and understanding, expanding opportunities for exchanging experiences and perspectives on solving problems. This gives the consultant and the client the opportunity to evaluate each other’s experience, encourage active interaction with each other.

The organization was launched.

Individual peer-to-peer consultations, which create a platform and opportunities where you can discuss various topics and issues related to trans* people, and the consultant will be a trans* person, learn more about trans* people and ask questions that interest you.
Equal individual consultations with a trans* person are held in the office of the NGO “Diversity”.

We have also started group meetings with a trans person, where the group leader will moderate discussions and conversations on various topics, allowing us to create a safe, secure and free environment to share, talk, express ourselves and talk about our life experiences. During the meetings we will also talk about issues related to the LGBTQ+ community, we will have film screenings, art therapy, hormone therapy courses, we will have free, informal conversations around the table with coffee, tea and other goodies.
